TUITION & FEES

Application Fee $175

Application fees are due at the time of submission. These fees are non-refundable and not dependent on acceptance.

These are administrative fees that cover the early stages of application and testing.

Enrollment Fee $275

Once you are accepted, this fee is due each year.

These fees cover the administrative process for enrollment which includes classroom planning, ordering curriculum and budgeting procedures.

HCCS uses a continuous enrollment system. Your student is automatically enrolled each January 1st for the upcoming school year.

Students who are not returning the following school year should submit a withdrawal form by March 1st.

Enrollment fee are due by April 1st. Fees that are not paid by the deadline are assumed to not be returning and your student's seat will be vacated. A re-enrollment fee of $150 will then be added to your account.

Student fees are assessed per student to cover the costs of curriculum, classroom enhancements, technology, and other instructional materials.

Tuition Discounts

The following discounts are available:

10% Discount per additional child. (Tuition only)

$250 Discount for payment in full for a one installment payment by July 1st.

$100 Discount for payment in full for two installment payments by July 1st and December 1st.

Payment Information

Tuition is considered due in full at the beginning of the school year despite withdrawal at anytime, for any reason.

You can request a 10-month installment payment plan with a

one-time 2% finance premium assessed in August.

Installment payments are due on the 1st of each month starting in August. You are given a 15-day grace period to pay. Payments received after the 15th of each month will be charged a late fee of $25.
