Hill Country Christian School is available to families interested in securing a Christian education from Pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade. School is Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Hill Country Christian School does not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, color, national or ethnic origin in the administration of educational policies, admissions procedures, athletic and other school administered programs. We, however, reserve the right to deny admission to any individual who we feel will not benefit from our educational program based on past academic achievement or moral character.
Children must be four by September 1 to be enrolled in pre-kindergarten and five by September 1 to be enrolled in kindergarten. Any exception to this must be cleared through the Education Advisory Committee after a readiness test is administered.
Each year it is necessary for parents to re-enroll their children for the coming school year. Letters will be emailed to parents at re-enrollment time with necessary forms attached. An interview will not be required, but either the parents or the school administrator may request one. Re-enrollment at HCCS is not to be considered automatic.
Children currently enrolled receive first consideration for re-enrollment pending satisfactory behavior and academic performance. Each returning school family must have the necessary re-enrollment forms and the tuition agreement into the office by February 14th.
Registration fees are to be turned into the office by May 1 and the current year’s tuition must be up-to-date at the time. Failure to meet any of these deadlines may cause children to lose their reserved spot in the class, especially if there is a waiting list of new students. New students are accepted as space is available. No new enrollment requests are processed until all enrollment forms are returned to the school office with all fees paid.
